By placing an order on zenzenweb.com you agree to the terms below. ZenZen is a small print-on-demand store; these terms are kept plain on purpose.
Orders
- Each item is printed on demand after payment is confirmed. We do not keep inventory.
- Prices are listed in USD and payable 1:1 in USDT or USDC, or via PayPal. Shipping is quoted separately and is not included in the item price.
- An order is confirmed only after we receive both payment and your Order ID + TXID (for crypto) or a completed PayPal payment.
Payment & crypto
- Send crypto only on an EVM network: Ethereum (ERC-20) or BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20). The same address is used for both.
- Do not send on Tron (TRC-20) or Bitcoin (BTC) — those are different address types and funds sent there cannot be recovered. We are not responsible for misrouted chains.
- Network gas fees are charged by the blockchain, not by us.
Shipping
- Items ship worldwide from our print partner. Typical lead time is 5–10 business days plus transit. Tracking is emailed when available.
- Delivery times are estimates; customs or carrier delays are outside our control.
Returns & refunds
- Because every item is custom-printed to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.
- If an item arrives misprinted or damaged, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll reprint or refund.
- Refunds for valid claims are returned in the original payment method (crypto refunded as stablecoin, PayPal as PayPal).
