ZenZen ("we", "us") operates zenzenweb.com. This page explains what information we handle and why. We are a tiny, print-on-demand shop — we collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Order details you send us (product, size, quantity, and shipping address) by email or message.
- Your email address if you join the drop list, contact us, or pay via PayPal.
- Blockchain transaction IDs (TXIDs) you share for payment verification. A TXID is a public ledger reference, not personal data, and reveals nothing about your wallet balance.
How we use it
- To print and ship the item you ordered.
- To match your payment to your order via the on-chain TXID.
- To email you about new drops — only if you opted in.
What we do not do
- We never sell your data.
- We do not store card numbers — we don't process cards directly. Crypto payments are peer-to-peer to our wallet; we never see your wallet's contents.
- We don't run ad trackers or sell audience profiles.
