Privacy

ZenZen ("we", "us") operates zenzenweb.com. This page explains what information we handle and why. We are a tiny, print-on-demand shop — we collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Order details you send us (product, size, quantity, and shipping address) by email or message.
• Your email address if you join the drop list, contact us, or pay via PayPal.
• Blockchain transaction IDs (TXIDs) you share for payment verification. A TXID is a public ledger reference, not personal data, and reveals nothing about your wallet balance.

How we use it

• To print and ship the item you ordered.
• To match your payment to your order via the on-chain TXID.
• To email you about new drops — only if you opted in.

What we do not do

• We never sell your data.
• We do not store card numbers — we don't process cards directly. Crypto payments are peer-to-peer to our wallet; we never see your wallet's contents.
• We don't run ad trackers or sell audience profiles.

Cookies and visit counts

This site uses no third-party advertising or analytics cookies, and no marketing pixels.

We may keep an aggregate count of page views so we know which pages are useful. That count is server-side: it stores the page path, the country and the day, plus a rotating hash of your IP address and browser user-agent so the same visit is not counted twice. The hash salt changes every day, so visits cannot be linked across days, and we do not store the raw IP address or user-agent. No profile is built and nothing is sold or shared.

Basic server logs (page view counts) may also be retained by our hosting provider for security.
